applicable tax, legal and insurance requirements for projects;
market methods of operations;
development prospects of venture;
methods and procedure of perspective and day-to-day planning of contracts and procurement activity;
basics on RoK labour law;
application of Value Assurance Framework (CREATE, ASSESS, SELECT, EXECUTE, OPERATE).

Necessary skills

proven man-management, negotiation, presentation and verbal/written communication skills in English;
problem solving skills;
intermediate to expert contracting skills;
experience in large (>$200MM) Project contracts and procurement activities.
