Accounts payable	Weekly invoices from suppliers are accumulated and paid on a Tuesday.
Accounts receivable	current standard monthly invoicing Quotes (Normally Functions or Thompsons will stay as a quote as the actual income is displayed on our Lightspeed account monthly
Payroll	Employee’s hour report will be available on Lightspeed. Each employee’s hours are manually inputted onto the payroll Excel sheet.
Inventory	All inventory of beverages and cost prices of both food and beverages
Cash Management	Admin handles all cash, and all cash slips of expenses and income are to be reconciled
Bank and credit card reconciliation	Weekly bank transactions to be reconciled and sent with attached transactions to the director
Cost of goods	All products to be sold need a cost price. This can be entered on Lightspeed.
