Overview

The Head of Reconstruction is a critical role in overseeing the entire department. This position involves managing staff, and project managers, solving problems, and driving revenue growth. The person will be accountable for the department's profit and loss, responsible for about ⅔ of the company's revenue.

Responsibilities

Manage the reconstruction department, including staff and project managers.
Act as a primary problem-solver for departmental issues.
Responsible for hiring and performance metrics.
Directly accountable for departmental profit and loss.
Focus on coaching and training project managers.
Maintain close relationships with the General Manager (GM) and work collaboratively.
Participate in tough conversations and negotiations, requiring a strong debating background.

Qualifications

Extensive construction background.
Experience in a similar role, such as Head of Recon or Project Manager.
Ability to take on managerial duties and alleviate the GM's workload.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation

Base salary of $80,000, with total compensation reaching high $100,000s to low $200,000s, performance-based.
