The Head of Sales will directly oversee a specific market for New York City (all boroughs) and New Jersey (Bergen, Essex, & Hudson Counties).

We're seeking a Head of Sales with at least 5 years of experience in sales management, coupled with a proven track record in direct B2B sales. Experience in managing and selling to commercial properties is essential. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, achieving personal sales targets, and forging new relationships in the commercial property market.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Outside of the DNA above, we’re looking for the right candidate with experience in…

Commercial/B2B sales and corporate partnerships.
Leading and mentoring a dynamic sales team.
Hitting personal sales targets and guiding the team to achieve theirs.
Developing new relationships in the commercial property sector.
Utilizing CRM software to manage and analyze the sales pipeline and team activities.
Skilled in time management, problem-solving, strategic thinking, leadership, and building/managing market plans.
Identifying key verticals, building specific campaigns and initiatives per vertical, sales forecasting, and successfully managing and executing these sales strategies.

Required Education and Experience

5 years as a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, and/or a role managing other sales professionals.
Outside B2B sales representative experience and a proven track record in sales.
Strong understanding of the commercial insurance policy market.

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience in the restoration or the construction industry
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred, but not required
Proficiency in Luxor CRM, Microsoft Suite
Leadership Development Trainings
Development and onboarding of sales personnel

SALARY & BENEFITS

The approximate and expected annual compensation range for this role, depending on sales and results, is $120,000 - $260,000+ (uncapped potential based on sales). Base salary is $80,000, with commissions and related bonuses accounting for the remainder of the compensation.
