Manage Mapped Architect & Developer accounts.
Secure BOQs from Key accounts.
Generate Leads from Mapped Key accounts.
Maintain contact with mapped Developers, Architects & boutique builders.
Create and update a database of current projects/prospective and current clients.
Product Presentation to Key accounts.
Conduct Key account meets.
Prepare Quotations on Window Maker software after initial surveys.
Coordinate closely with the sales team for closure.
Obtain Key account testimonials.
Handle Customer Complaints.
Prepare a daily visit report.
Ensure Sales Conversion achievement.
