Accounts Administrator - North London

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team at a leading residential lettings company based in North London, dedicated to providing high-quality services to their landlords and tenants. As an Accounts Administrator, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the lettings portfolio. They will be responsible for handling rent payments, conducting bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Process rent payments from tenants and ensure timely collection of rental income.
Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and track all financial transactions.
Maintain accurate records of rent payments, expenses, and other financial data.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
Utilise the Alto system to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, tenants, and vendors regarding financial matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in using financial software, use of the Alto system would be a bonus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance would be advantageous.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
