ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client a leading Optics company in the Cyprus Market, is currently recruiting for a driven and ambitious Sales Assistant - Optics, to join their dynamic team in Limassol and Nicosia.

Sales Assistant - Optics (Ref. code: 5477/SAO/ESS/CY)

Location: Limassol and Nicosia, Cyprus

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct full optometry checks for customers and serve as the store’s optician.
Provide suggestions to customers, advise them on conducting the right purchase regarding the store’s products (e.g. vision glasses), and assist them with their needs.
Advise customers regarding the correct purchase and application of the store’s products (e.g. contact lenses).
Participate in laboratory and vision testing optometry.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma as an Optician/Optometrist, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
Previous experience as an Optician or as a Sales Assistant within a retail Optics store, will be considered as an advantage.
Sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and customer-centric approach.
Can work well within a team and provide great customer service.
Good knowledge of both the Greek and the English language. Knowledge of additional language will be considered advantageous.
Computer Proficiency (MS Office applications, systems).
