Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin, Flexible Hybrid Working (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will be a key player in our operations, with responsibilities that include:
Estimating: Precise forecasting of costs, sizes, and durations of upcoming projects.
Tendering: Development and submission of competitive bids for new projects.
Takeoffs: Calculating material quantities and costs.
Monthly Claims and Applications: Compiling and submitting monthly progress reports, claims, and applications for payments.
Measuring Steel: Accurate measurement and evaluation of steel requirements for projects.

Key Requirements:
Experience: About 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with some exposure to steel.
Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and IT skills are essential.

Benefits:
Salary: Offering a salary range of €50,000 - €85,000 per annum, based on experience.
Bonus: A performance-based bonus is part of the compensation package.
