In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this privacy notice is intended to inform you about the processing of your personal data in the recruitment process and the potential receipt of the "angular.love" newsletter.

The controller of your personal data is Valueadd sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Jana Kazimierza 5, 01-248 Warsaw, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5272718725 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

The Controller processes your personal data for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process and evaluating your application based on your voluntarily given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). The data processed in the recruitment process may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, information contained in your CV, cover letter, references, as well as other data concerning your education, qualifications, and professional experience.

If you provide additional consent, we may also process your personal data for the purpose of sending you the "angular.love" newsletter or other marketing communications related to our products or services. Such processing will be based on your voluntarily given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

Your personal data may be disclosed only to authorized persons processing data under the applicable law or an agreement, including employees or associates of the Controller involved in the recruitment process or newsletter distribution.

The Controller retains your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, including the current recruitment process and the potential sending of the "angular.love" newsletter. After the withdrawal of your consent to receive the "angular.love" newsletter, your data in this regard will be deleted.

Please be advised that your personal data may be stored on servers located in the United States, as we utilize an American Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and newsletter delivery tools. The Controller implements appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, including the use of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission as a legal mechanism to ensure an adequate level of data protection for the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
