Job Role and Summary:

As a Food Production Supervisor, you will oversee all processes, methodologies, and procedures involved in day-to-day food production operations. This includes food preparation, processing, and bakery item creation. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by using cost-effective methods while maintaining a safe and hazard-free work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate food production regulatory guidance, training, and compliance for all food production employees.
Assist in the development and inspection of raw food production material specifications.
Facilitate customer inspections of food production products, services, and facilities.
Lead the recruitment process of food production employees, providing training and orientation for new hires.
Develop employee training schedules emphasizing productivity for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or related studies in food science, business, food technology, or operations management.
3-5 years of experience in food production, operations management, food technology, or related fields.
Working knowledge of food safety protocols and food production standards.
Benefits:
Salary: $60,000-$80,000K annually.
Comprehensive benefits package.
Shift hours are:
2PM – 11PM
8PM – 5AM
9PM – 6AM
