Our client is seeking a Project Manager for their Ontario, CA office.
Ideal candidates are eager to learn, motivated to do more, and can work well independently and on a team. The company's civil engineers are known for their strong technical design skills and being well versed in all phases of land development.

RESPONSBILITIES

Identify design criteria plus plan and execute effective designs.
Provide direct client interface and spearhead plan processing at public agencies.
Participate in marketing, business development, lead finding, and pursuit of new work.
Completion of administrative and finance responsibilities, including invoicing, monitoring, proposals, change orders, timecard approvals, and attending required meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university and civil engineering design experience of at least 10 years.
At least 3 years of experience serving as the central design figure, mentor to employees, and lead for overseeing workflow of projects.
Excellent problem solving, decision-making, communication, and team building skills, and abilities to manage a land development project from start to finish (entitlements through construction support).
PE certification required.

Approved Salary Range: 120 to 145k
