Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information such as company size, market segment, decision makers, and contact information
Use various tools and resources to generate leads and approach potential clients in a professional and effective manner
Analyze data to evaluate the quality of leads and prioritize them based on their potential to convert into clients
Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and tailor the lead generation approach accordingly
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in order to increase the conversion rate of leads into clients
Monitor industry trends and developments to stay up-to-date with the latest lead generation strategies
Report regularly on lead generation activities and outcomes to the team and clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1 year of experience in lead generation or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles and practices
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving targets
Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software (Hubspot, Linkedin, Mailchimp, etc.)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
