JOB TITLE: Sales Manager

REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer

JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the Sales efforts of the organization.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

· Understands the portfolio of Products and services and can articulate the benefits that the solutions brings to its customers.

· Presents, promotes and sells company’s products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

· Able to put together Technical Presentations and Commercial quotes and proposals.

· Understands and maintains up to date information on competitor’s product offerings and market pricing.

· Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.

· Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships.

· Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.

· Resolve customer complaints and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.

· Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

· Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.

· Acts as company representative at sales and marketing events.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· A comparable record of sales leadership experience required.

· Knowledge and existing contacts with Oil and Gas operators and/or OFS companies

· At least three years of oil and gas sales experience required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient with Microsoft 356 or related software.

Schedule & Benefits

· Hybrid schedule; Tue-Thu in office, Mon & Fri work from home

· 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mon-Fri
