Job Title: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specilaist is responsible for overseeing the short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and interpretation for Japan and Korea. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, financial modeling, and collaborating with key business leaders to drive informed decision-making. By providing data-driven insights, this position plays a critical role in identifying risk areas and maximizing value generation opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

5+ years of finance and/or accounting experience in MNC required
Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP System expeirence
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of financial statements and quantitative analysis
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under strict deadlines
Fluent Japanese and business-level English

Preferred Requirements:

Prior Database experience preferred
Familiarity with SAP
Advanced degree, MBA, or CPA
Experience in renewable energy or manufacturing industries
