We are looking for a Experienced Male/Female Telesales Executive who is ready to join Immediately.

He/She would be responsible for tele counseling/ F2F counseling the prospects for admission over the telephone, or online.
Follow up of the interested leads, preparing daily report, maintaining files and admission documentation .
Convincing them to visit campus to check out the campus.
Counseling over the call for visits and handling their queries related to courses. .
Calling and Admission counseling for walk-in Inquiries
Working with individuals, families or groupss
Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients
Listening to clients' concerns, empathising with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way

Candidate Profile :

Experienced in Calling and managing queries of students and parents.
Timing - Full Time (10 AM to 6 PM)

Experience - 1-3 years of experience in education sector
