Responsibilities:

Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Oversee content creation processes, collaborating with freelancers to produce top-quality content for clients.
Design and implement an engaging onboarding experience for new clients.
Maintain and update schedules for current clients, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Engage with clients through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Develop and refine processes to reduce project turnaround times, enhancing efficiency

Candidate Profile:

Flawless communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
Working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, to leverage for client projects and engagement.
Proficient in using Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project tracking.
Design skills using Canva are a bonus, enhancing the ability to contribute to content creation and project presentations.
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects calmly and effectively, maintaining high-quality standards under pressure.
