Position: Executive Assistant

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST Monday- Friday

Typical Monthly Rate: 800 USD with commission

This company is focused on developing and rehabbing distressed homes in the Inland Empire, California.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Tracking Company expense via quickbooks
Preparing customer invoices in quickbooks
Working with a bookkeeper to ensure up to date invoice payment data.
Sending out payment reminder emails through quickbooks.
Keeping customer contact data up to date in quickbooks.
Calling potential Sellers looking to sell their properties and tracking potential clients in Trello or similar CRM
Calling City to get updates on permit status and inspections
Researching and Miscellaneous weekly task
Creating reports and graphs / Profit and Losses Analysis to share with investors

Minimum Skills Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to create 1-pager marketing documents (photos and bullet points provided, but being able to make 1 pagers look great for presentations)
Proven bookkeeping experience (at least 2 years)
Proficient with spreadsheets, Excel, and Quickbooks
Strong ability to analyze information and deal with complex problems
Proficiency in English
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proven track record of managing high-performance teams
