Candidate Profile

A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as civil engineering, quantity surveying.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on details
Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Duties & Responsibilities

Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects
Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data
Perform risk and value management, and cost control, during a project
Assign work to subcontractors – overseeing their work at all stages
Make sure clients get value for money on the project
Continually analyse outcomes and write budget reports
