Candidate Profile:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent knowledge of skincare products and treatments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide high-quality customer service
Attention to detail and ability to follow strict hygiene protocols
Strong sales skills to recommend and sell skincare products
Ability to work well in a team setting
Willingness to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and treatments

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide various skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and products
Keep detailed records of client treatments and progress
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Upsell skincare products and treatments to increase sales
