Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition

Formulate and manage annual talent acquisition strategy.
Execute the talent acquisition plan – From sourcing candidate through appropriate
Channels vis a vis (Campus recruitments, head hunters, job portals, social media) to
Interviewing and On boarding.
Market intelligence, talent mapping, recruiting metrics, attrition trends etc.
Ensure optimum utilization of resources and deployment of talent pool.
Leadership Hiring ,Diversity Hiring.

Training & Development

Build learning solutions that are in sync with business priorities to help drive impact.
Develop and build a learning culture through blend of traditional and contemporary methods.
Training needs assessment and creation of training calendars to upgrade technical andbehavioral competencies.
Design curriculum and deliver In-house soft skills training and also work with external training firms.
Evaluate Training Programs and Monitor training results.
Manage Induction Program and on boarding processes for new hires.
Leadership development framework –LEAD comprising multi-dimensional learning initiatives.

Talent Management and Employee Engagement

Keep a pulse of all employees to ensure delivery of excellent employee experience through one-on-one interactions, focus groups discussions and In-house employee engagement surveys.
Design and implement employee initiatives to include various internal and external events vis a vis Annual Offsite, Festival Celebrations, Wellness Programs, Fun activities to encourage team building, collaboration and skill development.
Manage the CSR initiatives - From budgets, program design to implementation and employee volunteer programs.

Performance Management and Compensation

Manage end to end performance management framework encompassing Goal
Setting to Coaching & Feedback sessions to evaluation. Competency Frame work and its linkage with all aspect of HR functions.
Review and update the compensation and benefits strategies in line with internal and external benchmarks.

HR Operations and Administration

Ensure smooth HR operations through entire employee life cycle like Payroll, HRIS,exit interviews etc. using appropriate systems, policies and processes. Oversee Facility and Office management.

Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and People management skills
MBA/PGDM HR
Experience: 5 - 20 Years exposure in a law firm or IPR Law Firm
Salary: 600000 - 1000000 LPA
