Regenified™ was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture. Many great stories have been told including one showcased in the 2020 film Kiss the Ground and the 2023 sequel Common Ground. Regenified’s purpose is to protect the narrative around regenerative agriculture from greenwashing, while providing recognition and reward to the farmers and ranchers who successfully implement ecosystem-saving practices as part of their operations. Our mission is to transition the world’s supply chain to regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing a variety of crops and produce.

What You Will Do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations leader who thrives in high-growth, challenging environments. The COO will be responsible for driving the execution of the company’s vision and strategy, building scalable operations, and ensuring seamless service delivery for domestic and global markets. You will serve as a key member of the Executive team, working closely with the CEO to distill business strategy into actionable plans. This role is crucial for the future growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Vision: Drive the company’s mission and vision ensuring alignment across all departments. Play an active role in creating and supporting a dynamic and high-performing company culture.
Operational Excellence: Build and oversee scalable business operations both domestically and internationally. Design and implement an operational delivery framework with clearly defined KPI’s and delivery requirements to ensure operational integrity and performance.
Scalability and Growth: Develop regional models that are diversified vs. centralized. Create regional hubs and empower teams.
Service Delivery: Develop and maintain a customer-centric operational framework, with a focus on delivering excellent service tailored to different regions. Create and manage processes to ensure smooth transaction and delivery services.
Team Management: Act as the key people manager, leading and developing a team of Directors and VP’s. Design and implement KPI’s balancing between automation and personal touch. Facilitate clear communication and ensure all team members are aligned with company goals and performance metrics.
Strategic Planning: Work with the CEO to formulate and execute a go-to-market strategy, including market expansion plans and partnership development. Make swift and effective decisions to keep the company on track.
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Engage in frank conversations and be comfortable with pushback. Think outside the box and have the fortitude to challenge assumptions to drive innovative solutions.

You are an integrator with a hands-on approach to execution. A skilled orchestrator, you thrive working in a cross-functional environment and possess a keen ability to understand the needs of each business unit.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in building scalable businesses and operations in the US and internationally.
Experience in strategizing and executing go-to-market plans in global expansions preferably in high-growth companies and early-stage environments.
Background in developing and managing regional operational models and service delivery networks.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Experience with creating and implementing operational frameworks and KPIs.
Ability to think critically and challenge assumptions to drive innovation.
Strong interest in and passion for sustainability and regenerative agricultural practices.
