Job Title: FP&A Staff - Manager

Job Summary:

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist (Staff-Manager level) to join their team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support growth and expansion strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping achieve financial goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Provide analysis and recommendations to support financial decision-making
Manage and optimize financial performance through variance analysis and ongoing monitoring of KPI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and managerial accounting
Proficiency in SAP or similar financial software

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Experience working in a managerial role is nice to have
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits:
