Summary

The Junior ERP Project Management Assistant is responsible for supporting the coordination and management of ERP projects. The goal is to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget, thus contributing to the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Assisting in the coordination and management of ERP projects, which may include adhering to project timelines, monitoring project progress, and communicating with project team members.
Updating project documentation, including project specifications, progress notes, and status reports, to ensure that all relevant information is readily available.
Effectively communicating with the project team and project stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress, resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure that all parties are clear on project objectives and status.

Requirements

Completed degree in project management, business, IT, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management principles and a basic understanding of how ERP systems, preferably Infor, work is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as the role involves coordinating multiple tasks, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with various stakeholders.
Fluency in English and/or German.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
