We are looking for a “Trainee - HR '' who will be mainly supporting the Talent Acquisition Team. An

ideal opportunity for a Fresher who wants to be on an accelerated career path.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

● Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other databases.

● Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on eligibility criteria.

● Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ interest and basic fit.

● Administer and evaluate pre-employment tests.

Campus Hiring & Talent Pipeline

● Identify and engage with colleges for fresher recruitment.

● Coordinate virtual campus drives, including scheduling interviews and follow-up

actions.

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of fresh talent for future hiring requirements.

Recruitment Operations & Coordination

● Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment platforms, and hiring trackers.

● Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics with hiring managers.

● Provide support for other operational tasks as needed.

Who can apply?

Only freshers finishing their graduation/post-graduation in the year 2024 – B.Com /

BSc / BA / BBA / M.Com/ MSc / MA / MBA & any similar fields should apply.

Selection Process(Online/Virtual):The selection process will be done through various rounds

such as Online Test(MCQ), Assignments, and various virtual Interviews.

Tenure & Compensation structure:

- This 6 months program is designed for students in the final year of their course and are

looking to kick start their career in Human Resources.

- Your monthly payout for this period will INR 12000/- p.m. (Twelve Thousand only)

You will be absorbed on payroll, basis our business requirements and your

performance on a CTC of INR 5,00,000/- per annum(Five Lakhs Only)
