This role requires an experienced chef with a specialization in European cuisine to assist in leading our culinary efforts and maintaining the high standards expected at our resort.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the resort's kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management
Create innovative and highquality Continental dishes that exceed guests' expectations
Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
Manage food costs and inventory efficiently while adhering to budget guidelines
Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment at all times, following health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine
Culinary degree or relevant certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with local and international food safety standards
Willingness to relocate to Chennai, India
