About the Role: You’ll play a pivotal role in the residential sector team, where your expertise in creating accurate technical drawings and detailed working packages will shine. Your role will involve coordinating with consultants, chairing design team meetings, and visiting sites to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your expertise into commercial and conservation projects, offering a diverse and engaging workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of technical drawings and detailed working packages.
Coordinate with consultants and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Chair design team meetings, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
Visit project sites to oversee and ensure the accuracy of execution.
Guide projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all work meets the firm’s high standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 5 years post-qualification UK experience.
Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD and NBS Create is a bonus.
Strong understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
Excellent detailing skills and the ability to lead projects as part of a team.
Previous residential experience is desirable but not essential.
Membership in the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) is advantageous but not mandatory.
