About the Role
As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering technical design solutions and construction drawings for a range of ambitious projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical acumen and creativity, alongside proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team, contributing to the practice’s signature projects from Stage 3 through to Stage 4, and will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and UK Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring precision and compliance.
Lead the production of Stage 3 and Stage 4 working drawing packages for project delivery.
Apply a deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards in your work.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Work both independently and within a wider team to meet deadlines with a committed, flexible approach.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of technical and construction design experience.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards.
Preferably an associate membership with CIAT.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Strong teamwork, communication, and punctuality.
