Now, they're seeking a passionate BIM Coordinator, specifically adept with Bentley OpenBuildings Designer and Microstation, to support their architectural project teams with cutting-edge BIM tools and workflows.

Role Overview

As the go-to person for all things BIM, you'll provide direct technical support to the project teams, serving as the critical link between them and the BIM Manager. Your responsibilities will include setting up initial projects, maintaining BIM models, performing coordination tasks, and training team members. Ensuring that BIM models meet project-specific requirements and adhere to established standards will be essential in maintaining the high quality this studio is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Support project teams with BIM setup and maintenance.
Perform BIM coordination and ensure compliance with project standards.
Monitor and maintain the quality of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide training and technical support to team members.
Act as a liaison between project teams and the BIM Manager.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency with Bentley OpenBuildings Designer, Microstation, and associated plugins.
Experience with legacy CAD applications and adherence to BIM standards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail, proactive work approach, and a degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
Familiarity with Common Data Environment practices, particularly ProjectWise, is highly desirable.
Experience with large-scale projects, and knowledge of Revit and Generative Components, is a plus.
