The Role:

This unique role focuses on high-profile international projects, primarily in the Middle East, managed directly from the UK. While there’s flexibility on your base location, the London office is preferred. Your responsibilities will include a mix of design, technical design packages, cross-disciplinary coordination, and team leadership. If you’re proficient in Revit and have experience in a BIM environment, you’ll be a standout candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of complex international landscape projects.
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Develop detailed technical design packages and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams.
Communicate design visions effectively to remote teams and stakeholders.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, maintaining high standards under pressure.

Qualifications & Skills:

12-15 years of experience in landscape design documentation and master planning.
Proven experience managing teams on intricate, multidisciplinary projects.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, CAD, and ideally Revit within a BIM environment.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Experience working on projects in the Middle East is a significant advantage.
