Managing Mapped Architect/Consultant & Contractors
Securing BOQ’s from Key accounts
Generating Leads from Mapped Key accounts
Closely work on RFPs and RFQs
Create and update a database of current projects/prospective and current clients
Product Presentation to Key accounts
Close coordination with sales team for closure
Strong Negotiation Skills
Handle Customer Complaints
Prepare a daily visit report
Ensuring Sales Conversion achievement
Travel extensively to reach out to all key stakeholders in various Govt. Departments
