Job Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our team as a Secretary (Paralegal) in our Patent department. In this capacity as a Patent Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and assistance across various facets of Patent Docketing and Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Preparing and filing of all Patent applications;
Preparation of Forms, Prosecution Support,
Monitoring issuance of FER, Hearing Notice, Patent Certificate
Filings of FER responses/written submissions,
Filing the annuities,
Handling email communications, handling verbal communications with clients, having comprehensive knowledge of Patent Filing and Portfolio Management Process, communicating with clients, checking/responding to emails and very comfortable on MS Outlook, Excel, Word Documents, and associated Office Tools.
Maintaining dockets and keeping track of all actions;

Candidates should be willing to take full responsibility for the mandates/activities allocated to them to ensure correctness and accuracy of the documentation being done, reminders being sent, and client communication being engaged in. Compensation based on prior experience and skill level.
