FONCTION

You play a crucial role between KOTI and its clients. Through your proactivity towards existing clients, you actively solve their problems and seize commercial opportunities.

Your prospecting also allows you to extend your opportunities and success in terms of achieving objectives, thus developing and attracting new customers to the products. You also develop technical solution proposals, closely monitor them, and provide original and innovative solutions in close collaboration with the internal technical team, which supports you daily.

You bring the strength of an international group that knows from experience that each market has specific needs and demands. You can offer a complete range of brushes for all applications, from standard products to customized applications, ensuring that you define the brush that provides the solution for your prospects or clients, including public administrations.

PROFIL

Discovering the technical problems of your clients or prospects should be easy for you. You understand mechanical processes through your studies or your experience in the industrial or material handling world.

You have several years of experience in B2B sales of technical products for the industrial or service sector in the region to be covered.

With excellent communication skills and the personal organization necessary for effective customer follow-up, you can listen and quickly convey information from all types of contacts you meet.

Proactive, you seek out opportunities that cover the various possibilities of a wide choice in a highly specialized market.

Autonomous, result-oriented, and quality-focused, you need to be creative in terms of technical support solutions, also collaborating with the internal team.

Engaged in your markets and available, you are part of an international structure with family management, which also requires regular contact with headquarters.

You speak French fluently; understanding Dutch for internal communication and English is important.
