We seek a skilled Paralegal to assist our attorneys with litigation tasks. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, managing legal files, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, providing administrative support, and handling cases from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and respond to interrogatories and requests for production

- Redact sensitive information and prepare privilege logs

- Prepare legal documents and agreements

- Assist in case preparation and trial support

- Organize legal files and records

- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

- Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars

- Provide general administrative support

Minimum Requirements:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Experience with a U.S. law firm

- Strong English communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Slack

- Headset for communication

- Mac computer (flexible for great candidates)
