Hiring For 5-star Resort in Bhutan Key Responsibilities: • Manage the engineering department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities • Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations • Develop and manage the department budget • Coordinate with other departments to meet the hotel's operational needs • Implement energy conservation initiatives • Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
