Your Role

Lead residential projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring creative and technical excellence.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that exceed client expectations.
Prepare and oversee technical drawings, documentation, and on-site project delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Provide leadership to project teams, mentoring junior staff and fostering collaboration.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, with a focus on quality and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

5–7 years post-qualification experience, with a focus on residential architecture.
Demonstrated experience leading projects from concept to completion.
Advanced Revit skills and strong technical expertise.
A thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and residential design standards.
Exceptional communication and team leadership skills.
A passion for sustainability and forward-thinking design.
