Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate engineering activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, documenting any deviations in accordance with project procedures.
Prioritize and resolve key engineering issues, providing clear direction to lead engineers regarding action plans, priorities, and timelines.
Implement "Replication Philosophy" in engineering execution to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Make timely decisions on deviations, referencing benchmarks, conducting due diligence, and considering technical and execution risks.
Deliver engineering deliverables on schedule while ensuring alignment with subsequent Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities.
Proactively communicate delays to stakeholders and collaborate on solutions.
Ensure quality and timely completion of Vendor Engineering and documentation to prevent technical issues during construction.
Oversee in-house and third-party engineering teams to ensure completion of planned engineering activities without major pending issues.

Key Duties:

Foster strong teamwork within the Project Management Team (PMT) Engineering team and site personnel.
Review technical change proposals and participate in key technical reviews and project meetings.
Collaborate on tender evaluations, bid submissions, and management meetings as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project engineering management within the Oil & Gas industry.
Experience in coordinating key engineering disciplines such as Process, Civil/Structure, Piping, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria.
Familiarity with onshore/offshore facilities design, construction, and operations.
Proficiency in engineering coordination/administration, including Document Control, MDR, and engineering tools.
Strong proficiency in industry software, CAD, 3D modeling, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs.
