Responsible for teacher supervision, guidance, and development to ensure proper adaptation and adjustment of staff to the environment
Will play a key role in the school improvement planning process
Development of curriculum, teacher training and understanding of institutional developments from inception to management, administration, affiliation, academics and public relations.
Must have through knowledge of academic standards and teaching methodologies
