Review/clarification/qualifications of Tender technical documents
Define list of activities and deliverables, coordinate activities in accordance with Project schedule
Identify technical queries, deviations and alternatives to be submitted
Implement the bidding methodologies, the design criteria and guidelines
Assist proposal team with request for quotation for commercial purpose
Coordinate material quantities estimation
Assist PSL in preparing engineering manhours and items and material costs estimations
Discuss with client / attend to clarification meetings

D-Project Execution (Job progress and completion)

Review Client's technical documentation and requirements.
Maintain project technical files
▪ Coordination Of External Architectural Engineering Subcontractor And Control of subcontracted architectural engineering documents inside or outside SAIPEM group.
Set up and executes assigned engineering activities such as detail design, verification and studies relevant to anyengineering topic associated to Discipline, pursuing objectives of sound engineering and design optimisation in term of costs,fabrication simplicity and safety
Prepare design specifications for architectural works for buildings and cooperates in preparing design specificationa for civilworks relevant to buildings
Develop functional Architectural layout of buildings
Prepare material spec.'s and architectural design for buildings (onshore - plant & non-plant buildings; offshore accommodation modules and technical buildings)
Support TM/PSL in technical interface with Client

▪Prepare MTOs and BOQs

Prepare MR & TBE of Architectural for Building
Review Vendor documents related to Architectural
Support Procurement in technical interface with Architectural vendors
Actively participation in 3D model review with Client and internally within SAIPEM group, for clash free model.
Co-ordinate & prepare Technical Query, SDR, COR
Support TM/ PSL during design reviews, 3D Model reviews, Safety Studies etc
Support / Technical Interface with Fabrication team for Architectural outfitting works for Greenfield and Brownfield Buildings

Project to be involved: COMP3, client QATAR GAS (experience for this client’ projects is a plus)
