Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, preferably blockchain / cryptocurrency sector,
Strong interest in blockchain and a very good understanding of the technology and industry,
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
Proven ability to manage multiple partnership engagements simultaneously and effectively,
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical acumen to assess partnership viability.

Job Description

Strategic planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan outlining potential new partnerships and strategies for deepening existing relationships. This includes setting realistic targets and timelines,
Relationship management: Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing partners. You will identify partnership opportunities and maintain ongoing engagement to foster long-term connections,
Sales support & documentation: Craft tailored presales materials such as presentations and business cases that effectively communicate the value and potential of partnerships with the company,
Opportunity analysis: Analyze and understand the key requirements of each business opportunity, evaluating the associated costs and potential returns to ensure strategic alignment and profitability,
Negotiation & integration Support: Lead negotiations on commercial terms, oversee contractual agreements, and provide support during the technical integration process to ensure smooth partnerships,
Partner relations & issue resolution: Maintain positive relationships with all partners, addressing and resolving issues as they arise, and escalating complex problems to appropriate the company team members.
