ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading Group of Companies, is currently seeking to hire a keen and professional Personal Assistant to the Management, with a basis in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Personal Assistant to the Management (Ref. code: 5667/PATM/ESS/CY)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as the liaison between Management and internal/external partners
Oversee daily administrative activities and arrange meetings/appointments
Handle and direct phone calls, and manage correspondence
Address and resolve requests and inquiries effectively
Coordinate travel plans
Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documents

Candidate Profile:

A higher education degree in Office Administration or a related field is advantageous.
Prior experience in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational abilities.
Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and time management.
Keen attention to detail.
Uphold discretion and confidentiality.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in both Greek and English, with proficiency in written and spoken forms.
