Job Description

Monthly Salary Range: 6000 – 9000 Riyals + Benefits

Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the operations of the central production kitchen.
Ensure that food preparation adheres to the highest quality standards and meets health and safety regulations.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with the culinary team to create and update menu items.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Manage food costing and budgeting to achieve financial targets.
Implement and maintain hygiene practices and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for ingredient sourcing.

Minimum of 8 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Experience in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen management.
Previous experience working in a central kitchen production setup is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive operational excellence.
