A well established luxury goods conglomerates is now seeking for a Project Manager in their prestigious Japan branch. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in the luxury, art & culture, or design industries, confident in their language skills (Japanese & English) and strong with numbers, to take on a new challenge!

Job Responsibilities

Reporting Line: Japan Director

Ensuring the organization's philosophy, values, and vision are thoroughly communicated and integrated, working towards goals through regular interactions with partner companies and operators.
Overseeing various projects with partner companies and operators by setting objectives, addressing issues, and defining tasks.
Proactively expanding the network by identifying and evaluating new opportunities. Focusing on high-potential technologies, materials, and business solutions aligned with the organization's overall strategy.
Gathering information on supply and demand, as well as market trends, in collaboration with the headquarters team and group maisons.
Offering sales and marketing support to partner companies, operators, and existing projects, primarily for group maisons.
Reporting to the Japan Director.
Compiling monthly reports and materials, including analyses of business performance, market trends, and current business status.
Managing budgets.
Handling administrative and support tasks related to daily operations.

Key Requirements

Experience and Skills

Over 5 years of experience in the retail, design, art & culture industries.
Proficient with numbers and computers; experience with AI and business intelligence tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate ideas and proposals based on concrete data. High sensitivity and intuition.

Educational Background

Four-year university degree or graduation from a fashion/art school.

Language Proficiency

Japanese: Native or bilingual level.
English: Business level
