Challenges you would face

Supervise day-to-day billing operations, including invoicing, purchase orders, and sales orders.
Implement automation for streamlined, accurate billing procedures.
Lead efforts to enhance workflows, fostering growth and productivity.
Collaborate across teams for aligned billing and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to GAAP, manage complex scenarios, and provide data-driven insights for improvements.

The ideal candidate

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in billing operations and managing a large global team.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting rules under US GAAP.
Proficiency in utilizing billing and accounting software systems.
Experience with international transactions and exposure to diverse regulatory environments is preferred.

Plus

Experience with Oracle ERP.
Master's degree or relevant certification.
