Challenges you would face

Collaborate with sales and product management teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
Manage the customization of the Loan Origination System (LOS) for clients, ensuring scalability and automation
Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring timelines are met and conducting demonstrations to highlight product features
Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to align solutions with the company's strategic goals
Lead and mentor the solutions engineering team, fostering individual and collective growth

The ideal candidate

A seasoned software engineer/developer with extensive experience in full-stack development
Expertise in data engineering, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and NodeJS
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex requirements
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with low-code tools and proficiency in project management software
