With a firm commitment to innovation and quality, the company is expanding its footprint in the U.S. Midwest and is in search of a driven Business Development Executive to spearhead this growth.

Challenges you would face

Engage 100% with new clients in the U.S. Midwest, focusing on the food industry
Target market niches like coffee, confectionery, nuts & dried fruits, and popcorn sectors
Preferentially connect with independent, medium/small size companies
Work closely with internal teams (Business Development, R&D, Planning, Logistics) for seamless client service
Build and maintain robust client relationships, providing customized packaging solutions
Negotiate contracts to ensure beneficial agreements
Stay abreast of industry trends for potential growth opportunities
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s sales objectives

The ideal candidate

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry within the food sector in the USA
Proven success in sales and strong negotiation skills
Availability to travel domestically and internationally to Colombia
Deep understanding of flexible packaging materials, processes, and market trends
