Fullstack Engineer

Overview

Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. This role involves developing, testing, and maintaining web applications that leverage Java, Spring, and Hibernate on the back-end, complemented by React and Next.js on the front-end. The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Challenges you would face

Develop and maintain robust web applications
Collaborate on software requirements definition and quality assurance
Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js
Optimize database schemas and queries with Hibernate and other ORM tools
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of applications
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and adhere to software development standards
Troubleshoot and debug application stack issues
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

The ideal candidate

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in Full Stack Development
Strong proficiency with Java and Spring framework
Extensive experience with Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks
Solid understanding of React and Next.js
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git
Knowledge of relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

Plus

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Understanding of web development security best practices
