Objectives of the Role

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the company's products and services to new and existing customers. This role will focus on building relationships, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.

Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks

Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation methods
Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress toward sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-up and communication
Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
Provide product and service information, pricing and availability to customers
Negotiate and close deals, while maintaining strong customer relationships
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on progress toward targets

Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a large number of customer interactions and sales opportunities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
