Salary: £30,000 Basic,
Car Allowance: £3,000
OTE £45,000+

Are you a seasoned professional in the world of lettings? Do you have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in the field? We're looking for a Lettings Manager who can drive business success, lead a team, and excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively pursue new business and establish marketing and canvassing plans.
Analyze market and customer needs and align sales strategies.
Provide in-branch training and coaching for staff.
Conduct one-to-one reviews and appraisals according to company standards.
Handle day-to-day inquiries, face-to-face and via telephone.
Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.

Responsibility and trustworthiness.
Commercial awareness.

Knowledge & Experience:

Previous experience in estate agency.
Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Proven effectiveness in achieving personal and team goals.
Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
Previous people management experience (desirable).
