We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our 3-star hotel in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in multi-cuisine or North Indian cuisine, demonstrating creativity and leadership in a busy kitchen environment.
Responsibilities

Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop and update menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage food costs and inventory, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
Collaborate with management to enhance guest experiences through exceptional culinary offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine and North Indian cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
