We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with inbound group tours and a deep understanding of Southern Africa destinations. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and a natural curiosity to explore new opportunities and destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate inbound group tours with a focus on Southern Africa destinations.
Utilize detailed logistical knowledge to create seamless travel experiences.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on a wide variety of products across borders.
Communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans.
Handle inquiries and bookings with a high degree of accuracy and urgency.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with inbound group tours.
Detailed logistical destination knowledge of Southern Africa.
Extensive product knowledge across multiple borders.
Strong supplier relationships.
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
Naturally inquisitive and eager to explore.
